After settling in, you’ll have the opportunity to attend workshops and talks led by industry experts. These sessions are designed to help you get inspired and generate new ideas for your hackathon project.

Throughout the day, there will be plenty of food and drinks available to keep you fueled and focused. And if you need a break, you can always take a stroll around the venue and soak up the amazing atmosphere.

As the day winds down, you’ll start working on your projects. This is where the real fun begins! With so many talented hackers and mentors around, you’ll have plenty of resources and support to help you bring your ideas to life.

Stay tuned for more updates and get ready for an amazing weekend of hacking, learning, and fun!

🚩A few things to note:

You are required to bring your own laptop and charger / any other technical equipment you may require as we do not provide this for you

If you are coming from abroad please ensure you have the correct socket adapter

Meals, drinks & snacks will be provided for you throughout the days from Friday until Sunday

You have 24h access to the venue but make sure to always have your wristband and badge!

Keep an eye out for our Mentors in bright red shirts at the Mentor Station and walking around ready to offer their help and expertise!

Day 2:

On the second day of the hackathon, things might start to get a bit tiring, especially if you pulled an all-nighter working on your project. But don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! The day will kick off with a breakfast at 08:00, so you can fuel up and get ready for another day of hacking. Before you know it lunch will be served at 12:30!

At 15:00, there will be a project feedback session where you can get valuable input on your project and ask any questions you might have. And don’t forget about the mentorship station that will be available throughout the whole event, where you can get help with any blockages you might encounter.

At 16:00, there will be a fun activity to help you take a break from your project and recharge your batteries. And of course, dinner will be served at 18:30, so you can treat yourself to some delicious food and beverages. Remember, everything is included in the hackathon! And as always, at 23:59, we’ll have our late night snack to keep you going through the night.

Day 3:

On the final day of the hackathon, everyone is tired but still excited to finish their projects. There might be some last minute cramming sessions, but don’t forget that project submission is due at 09:00! Make sure to submit your project before the deadline.

‍⚖️ Project Submissions & Judging

At 09:30, project judging will begin. You’ll have the opportunity to showcase your project and explain your thought process to the judges. If you want you can submit your project early but as with all submissions you will need to do this via the Hacker Dashboard, but will need to wait for your Judging Appointment until you show up to the Main Judging Green Room on Sunday Morning!

At 14:00, the finalists will be notified via Discord. Now is the time for all the demonstrations of the finalist projects.

🚩 If you are selected as the ETHGlobal Lisbon finalist, we will inform you by 14:00 local time (prior to the Closing Ceremony)

At 15:00, we will have our closing ceremony. This is the perfect time to celebrate all your hard work and accomplishments over the weekend. We’ll announce the winners and hand out some amazing prizes together with our partners.
